The fine print
Please note, guests must be at least 18 years or older to check in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
Guests are required to present a government issued identification with a credit card under the same name upon check in.
A security hold of USD $100 per night will be authorized on the credit card provided at check in, and will be released at check-out if no charges are incurred during the stay. Please note, credit card authorization release processing times vary depending upon your banking institution, and are not set by the property. Any damage, smoking or pet fees incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
Contactless payments or Apple Pay are not accepted, and cash cannot be used for the security hold. Third party credit card authorization forms are required to be submitted 72 hours prior to arrival.
All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional charges may apply.Self-parking is available at USD 45 per night for standard-sized vehicles and USD 55 per night for oversized vehicles. Valet parking is not available at this time. The Presidential Suite is for residential purposes only, and can sleep a total of 2 guests. A minimum damage deposit of $500 USD will be required. Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Presidential Suite (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card. A completed rental agreement form for the Presidential Suite is required prior to check in. check in was good, gave us two complimentary bottles of water... easy to check in, ~15 min walk to times square, central park middle of the city, so close to everywhere..convenient.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and general areas are clean. The sheets are nice and the bed is comfortable. The rooms are incredibly quiet for New York. The rooms are a good size, again, for New York. My room was light with two windows and the closest building was far enough way that it did not block the light. The location is fantastic. Only a few blocks from Central Park so I could run from the hotel straight to Central Park without having to deal with too much traffic. Water bottles are available everyday and the prosecco hour is appreciated. This is my second stay here and again it exceeded my expectations.

I stayed at this hotel for three days. The furniture is quite dated and has visible scratches. While the bathroom was clean, there was an unpleasant odor. The air conditioning was noisy, and the room had poor sound insulation I could hear everything from the street, even though I was on the 10th floor. The room itself was very small, and the mattress was uncomfortable. However, the location is perfect, close to Times Square and Central Park.

Hotel was a little bit dated but was conveniently situated for our stay. Close to most attractions and transport. There was construction happening next door but there seemed to be a lot of construction throughout Manhattan. (construction noise from 8.00am - 5.00pm, but if you are out all day it’s not a problem). Enjoyed ‘Prosecco hour’ between 3.00 - 4.00pm. Thanks to Jeremy for looking after us.
