Really nice location, full of friends and families using the park facilities. Felt very safe, which was quiet at night but also close to the sights in the city. Comfortable beds, great shower and ideal.for the week. Great communication with hosts and available for any issues or recommendations. Would recommend and book again when back in NY.

Staying here was a comfortable and straightforward experience. Communication with the host was smooth, and finding the place was easy. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, which set a good tone right from the start. The room was impressively clean, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking, which made it feel like home. Though the subway wasn’t right around the corner, the nearby bus stop made getting around convenient. Surprisingly, despite being close to a main road, the area was quiet, offering a peaceful night's sleep. For groceries, there were a few large supermarkets nearby, so buying food was easy and convenient. All in all, it was a practical and pleasant stay, especially for anyone who enjoys a quiet neighborhood with easy access to essentials.

We stayed in the first week in April with 2 adults and a 7 year old and loved our accommodation. It was big enough for 3 people. After an 18 hour flight from New Zealand, we were stoked with our choice. The washing machine was a great utility to have for a week stay. There is a kettle, oven and hair dryer too. It seems the host has taken on feedback from previous comments and made an effort to improve the experience. The apartment was dry and warm. We never had any issues with hot water. It is a quiet neighborhood with a park across the road. It can be a little noisy at night, but hey, it's New York, and you can't help the odd siren or loud conversation going past. The host replied instantly via text when I asked about the wifi not working(the modem plug was loose). There were no issues with communication or answering any questions we had. It was about a 15-minute walk from Grand Central Terminal and some supermarkets and pizza shops nearby. All in all, I don't think you can get better accommodation for the price you pay compared to a hotel. We loved our stay, and if we came to New York again, we would look at staying here.
