Floor 27 has 24/7 coffee and tea facilities and a common room which was great. Able to start and end the day with substantial hot drinks, area always clean and plentiful. Staff supported with scales for our case on leaving to board a flight, which was really helpful and made the check in at airport a lot less stressful. Arron was particularly lovely, he helped us to move rooms and was very friendly and understanding. I felt like he really cared we had a good experience.. which was lovely.
