Along with your room, CIVILIAN Light service includes Housekeeping Every 3rd Day. The optional full-service housekeeping is available for USD 15 per day plus taxes.Please note that, all dogs are welcome, at a maximum of 100lbs. A $50 Pet fee will be accessed for each stay. Any dog exceeding 40 lbs must be booked in Spacious Queen, King, or Double room types.This property does not charge facility fees.Pool and Fitness Center are located at a separate location off site.There's flat fee of $200 will be authorised on the guests credit card when they arrive at the hotel. This is for any incidentals charged at the property during their stayGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location, the aestethic of the hotel and the view from the room was amazing! They granted our request for a room with a better view:) the AC worked perfectly. Overall really great for the price in NYC.

Fancy, stylish hotel, with a rooftop bar with an amazing view. The personnel is nice and friendly! The cleaning service is super nice. The location is superb, close to Central Park and other iconic places.
