Amazing hotel for the price point. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The room itself is great (if a little dated). The facilities like the laundry and the coffee and iced tea really helped us stay on a budget.

I stayed 8 nights in the beginning of July 2025 and I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the property and the politeness of the staff. I never experienced any issues with the elevator or the cards not working (because I had read such comments in the reviews). The room was quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable and there was cleaning and changing towels every single day. The fact that there was free coffee and water at all times made my experience even better because coffee is very important for me. It was very quiet in the room (I stayed at the 4th floor) and I was able to sleep perfectly. The location is perfect - right in the center of Manhattan, but the street is quiet, so no noise from outside. The staff was very polite with me, asking me how I feel and giving me bottles of water every day.

Great location. Pleasant staff. The young man working at reception provided excellent service. Very convenient having laundry facilities on site. The room was very quiet at night. Fairly big room compared to other hotels in the area.

Very Central location. Nice spacious room. Small kitchenette with useful appliances. Complementary coffee and water at the lobby.
