An absolute gem of a hotel. The location was perfect. It is worth booking the balcony rooms as the views were nothing short of amazing. Staff very attentive.

Staff were very friendly and gave great advice on the local bars and eateries which were very close at hand. The room was spotlessly clean and we were lucky to have a large terrace overlooking the Empire State building. Subway station was 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The locality was excellent, 20 minute walk to Times Square and a further 20 minutes to Central Park.
