The staff were fabulous. The bar staff (Todd) lovely, the guys on the door, so friendly and helpful, the reception staff even arranged a car to airport (cheaper and easier than uber). The ladies cleaning the rooms, happy and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Location was perfect for visiting Manhattan. Close to subway and Central Park. Beautiful area to walk around

We found the room perfect for what we wanted. The staff were extremely helpful in supplying a fridge and Kettle etc to enhance our stay. It was also great having two working elevators at each end of the building. The coffee machine was a great asset too.
