So peaceful and quiet, everything you needed in the unit. Spacious and comfortable. Good middle location almost half way between Waterford and Wexford. Would have loved to of been able to stay for more than 2 nights. Anne and Paddy are very warm & friendly people. Happy to give advice if asked. Paddy also has a great singing voice. Just a tip if you are coming from the west, don’t always follow exactly what the GPS says to get to the property take the New Ross bypass road as it is less of the very tiny tall hedged roads that cover a lot of Ireland.

Beautiful property, in a beautiful location, run by a beautiful couple… who could ask for more! Anne & Paddy make this a true home away from home, with Paddy telling hilarious stories and Anne even offering to do our washing before we headed home! We will return and have that point with you both xx

A gorgeous peaceful rural stay Anne & Paddy were incredibly friendly & accommodating….. We we’re still jet lagged Anne offered to help with our washing, making us feel so at home 🙏🏻 we were able to cook & she recommended a place we could buy Organic farm eggs…… Anne’s recommendation to eat at the local Pub “AshTree” Ballywilliam was perfect for us, 5 min drive away the best food & Clare the waitress was delightful Highly recommended we would stay again in a Heartbeat 💚☘️
