Perfect location. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed (not sure why people are moaning about pillows in their reviews as they were perfectly acceptable. Take your own if it bothers you!) Plenty of tea/coffee sachets. Easy front/rear door access. We knew it wasn't manned and that there were no breakfast options as we read the initial description! Again, not sure why that was an issue in other reviews. Everything was satisfactory and would recommend.

Breakfast not included. Location was spot on.( I am biased). We were here to see friends and it was an ideal base.

No breakfast was provided, it is accommodation only. There are several excellent cafes with minute walk.
