The view north to the sea was spectacular and the view south to the snow covered mountain was even more spectacular. Robyn and Jim were outstanding hosts, nothing was a problem. Fire in the guest area morning and evening was so much appreciated and created fantastic ambiance. Extensive continental breakfast, with winter warming porridge and bonus. Highly recommended 😊

The views were absolutely incredible! We visited during the winter and our hosts provided a lovely wood-burning fire for us in the main living area. It was extremely clean and we had a lovely breakfast each morning of granola, yogurt, fruit and porridge. The hosts also gave us really useful tips for exploring Taranaki and New Plymouth. We were well- located for exploring New Plymouth and Taranaki by our car.

Great all round experience. A little off the beaten track but well worth the trip. Views of mountain and ocean were amazing.
