This hotel is clean and well-maintained. The lobby is cozy, with a comfortable couch area and table area perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. There’s a microwave available for guests to use, making it easy to enjoy meals on-site. A water dispenser is available in the hotel, providing both hot and cold water, which is very convenient. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for a pleasant stay. There's also a laundry room available for guests. Wifi is great. The location is excellent in the downtown area, making it easy to get around. It's convenient to book an Uber or shuttle service from the hotel.

Wonderful location in the heart of New Haven. We were kindly able to check in early ( we went in to ask if we could park up early and they let us check in at the same time). Our room was near the walkway to the carpark so very easy to load and unload our bags. Nice spacious lobby area downstairs and spacious, light room
