The property is in a residential colony; feels quite safe. Caretakers were kind and friendly. The apartment has marble flooring so it feels cool even when the temperature outside is warm.

This hotel " Under my roof" was a very good choice for my trip to Delhi. I spent there 6 nights and no one minute regreted about it. It has many advantages: comfortable, clean and very nice rooms, private kitchen with all necessary facilities, lobby for meetings ,tasty breakfast to your room, friendly staff. The market and shops- 3 minutes walk and to the metro - 7 minutes walk through the lovely garden, few stops by metro and you are in the center of Delhi. The hotel is located in the quiet and safety place. My big special thanks to the owner, Mr. Sumir for his care and intelligence. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
