The property's location is excellent, being very accessible to the metro, which made it easy to get around the city. The staff were supportive and responsive throughout my stay, which added to the comfort. The room itself was quite spacious. The variety in the food menu. There were plenty of options to choose from, which made dining convenient. One of the highlights was that the management accepted our request for a late checkout. Since my flight was in the evening, this gave me time to get ready at my own pace and head to the airport without stress. That small gesture made a big difference to my overall experience.
