Please note that the apartments are spread across different blocks of Rohini but all check-in and key collection will take place in our office at: C4/43 Sector 11 Rohini (between 9 am to 8 pm) unless specified otherwise, where guests will be provided directions to their allotted apartment & other helpful information.Luggage can also be left here in case of early arrival.A prior appointment needs to be scheduled in order to check-in outside office hours using the contact details found on your booking confirmation and may be subject to an additional fee.Please note that if the Property cannot get pre-authorisation on the guest's credit card or if payment is not received as per agreed Cancellation Policy, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice.Please note that the guest's credit card will be debited by the bank's merchant named Blue Leaf Corp.Please note that once guests have checked in, the total amount of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable. This is a beautiful 2bhk apartment stay. I pretty much liked everything about this property, the professional service oriented yet friendly & approachable staff (i was out late night & got back around 3:30 am in the morning, the main gate was latched from inside due to obvious security reasons, however it really didn’t take much to call up the caretaker, have a staff wake up, sorry abt that, and unlock the gate for me, no questions no remarks no silent complaints, damn man i felt sorry abt them, i missed to inform them beforehand), the kitchen had all the cutlery & utensils, cook or eat however u want, impeccably clean kitchen, the fridge was stocked with 6 big water bottles, u get an idea when someone has put in efforts to make your stay so comfortable. I had some initial issues with the shower in master bathroom but the staff is so readily available and the issue is sorted before u can even start to think about complaining.

Very spacious property. Also very conveniently located near the metro station. We had to go to Chandani Chowk quite often so this was an ideal spot.

Very hygienic for a comfortable stay. The location was very nice and close to all facilities. Very safe and suitable for families and female solo travellers. Mr. Gaurav kumar and his team (Mr. Jitender Kumar and Mr. Shivam) ensured that the property is well maintained for its guests.
