I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The staff were exceptionally caring and attentive, especially since I was dining alone. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my meal. The food was also delicious, making my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The front office and housekeeping staff were very good, as were the bell boys. The front-line security personnel were also very polite and consistently greeted us with ‘Namaskar’, which we believe is one of the best ways a hotel can make guests feel welcome. While the overall stay was pleasant, the breakfast buffet and service could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

I had booked my stay a week before and recieved a confirmation, however the hotel kept calling me and asking me to give up my room and proposed alternatives which were unacceptable . Apart from This inconvenience everything was ok . In future this has to be rectified by the hotel and its policies .
