Very clean and very modern with good facilities. Host very friendly and helpful. 100yds to bus stop for a 25 min ride to the slopes. Neustift a 10 min walk. The bed in the lounge was very comfortable. I’ve read reviews that say it isn’t comfortable. This is wrong. It’s great. Bathroom is in between the lounge and the bedroom which was a worry before travelling. We let the kids have the bedroom and slept in the lounge which was fine. Loads of storage space. Outside shed to store skis and keep drinks cool without filling the fridge. TV in each room. Great value for money.

Comfy apartment. Clean and warm. Well equipped kitchen. Nice owners. They can speak German, English and Polish. Ski bus stop is in the vicinity, if you don't want to use your car to get to Stubai.
