Iro and Dimitra were very kind and helpful. We arrived in the middle of a heatwave and they provided us with a fan for the living room where 2 people were sleeping. Location is great, few meters from the beach and very close to the centre of Marmaras.

Everything was nice. It is 2 minutes walk from beach and 2 minutes walk to souvenir shops and restaurants. A really good bakery and market is 30 sec from apartment. It is peacefull environment. The host is amazing and really helpful. We will come back definitely! If there was 11 for hygiene I would give it. Kitchen has everything that you need, towells and bad sheets are changed every 3 days.

Before our arrival, we received an email with information on how to reach the apartment and details about parking. Free parking was available a few minutes away, and we always found a place. The rooms were ready at the promised time. A bottle of wine was waiting for us in the refrigerator. Apartment No. 5 was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, and had all the necessary kitchen utensils. The bed linens and towels were of high quality and clean. There were also kitchen towels available. There was enough space for three people. The balcony offered a lovely view of both the beach and the mountains. The location was superb—on one side was the beach, and on the other was the town. It was a 5-minute walk to the sandy beach, but there was also a small beach right across the street from the apartment, where we swam. This beach was rocky, so swimming shoes were useful. Considering the town's hilly streets, reaching this apartment didn’t require climbing any hills. The hostess was very friendly and gave us recommendations on where to go. On the last evening, she surprised us with a gift when she came to say goodbye. Since our flight was in the evening, they accommodated us by allowing us to stay in the apartment longer than the check-out time. I highly recommend this accommodation in Neos Marmaras.
