We stayed for two weeks at Fantasia Studios & Apartments in Neos Marmaras. It’s a large family-run hotel where everyone strives to make you feel at home. The whole family—kind, caring people—creates a cozy atmosphere with cleanliness and comfort in every corner of their yard and garden. You can feel their warmth and love for what they do. It’s the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The apartments have a fantastic location—close to the beach, the center, and everything else. Neos Marmaras itself is a beautiful, charming town. We loved everything and were extremely pleased with our stay and their hospitality. We highly recommend it! A big thank you to the whole family for their wonderful hospitality.

This is a very good choice if you want quiet, clean, and convenient accommodation around Neos Marmaras. For us, the room was perfect: plenty of storage, comfortable beds, and overall a perfect option if you rest late in the morning or in the afternoon, cook some of the meals, or just want to feel at home. We had one of the ground-floor family suites, and it was great for us: very convenient, lots of terrace space, and direct access to the garden, so we always felt safe letting our little ones go outside and roam around. Also, the availability of sunbeds and umbrellas that you can take and use was a great surprise for us, as well. The staff was always attentive, and we felt cared for and looked after.

Excellent location. Free parking on the premisses. Your own little private beach in a 3 minutes walk distance, with a great sunset, and free sun beds and umbrellas. Ideal place for a peacefull getaway with friends and familly.

The staff was exceptional, they were so kind and helping like you rarely see. The location is great, 2 minutes walk to the beach. The room has everything you need and the view is fantastic. We totally recommend it.
