Nice room with a good bathroom with a good shower. Sylvia was a great host and her and her family made us feel very welcome. We had a great breakfast here and they let us park our rented Tuktuk on the driveway. Air Con was available for a little extra as we hadn’t realised we had chosen the cheap option! Location is good, walkable to the main restaurants and beach of Negombo but also a few roads back so that it is peaceful at night.

The owner of this place is one of the most genuine and wonderful women I have ever met. She makes sure you have everything you need and also cooks delicious food. The room is very clean and the location is great, I can't recommend this enough!
