The host is super kind! She is very busy to renovate the place, but rooms don’t need much renovation. Location is perfect and rooms are clean. Nice terrace to sit outside and 1 minute walk from the beach.

Clean spacious room. Really lovely and helpful owners. Great breakfast. Close to all you might want in Negombo. And 15 mins from airport.
