Great hotel, bathroom and room was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Good location with lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Above all, the owner was really friendly and helpful from the beginning to end of our trip. We would definitely book again - thank you!

Great location. Really clean room in a nice house. Bed and pillows are super comfy. Nice towels also. Strong water pressure. Fridge and microwave are provided in the common area. The host Nilakshi and Prinith are warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful time here. Will definitely come back when we visit Negombo next time!!

Very spacious, super clean and cozy room with sufficient hot water shower. Nice garden and public area. Nice owner couple. It has restaurants nearby offering breakfast and meals.
