Nice location, quiet place, even though it is on second line, centrally, next to the beach. Nice terrace, nice view from the terrace. Super clean, kitchen supplies were super clean. Great deal of money for what you get! I recommend and will visit again. Wi-Fi was also nice bandwidth speed, which is not something you get for granted usually, but here was good!

First of all the owner is very kind and helpful for visitors and the most important is very close to the beach,just by walk.And even we're planning to travel and stay here next trip.

Me and my husband had an amazing stay at Nikos Rooms in Nea Peramos! From the moment we got there, the hosts were super welcoming and polite. The location is perfect. It’s just a short walk to the beach and close to some great local spots for food and drinks. You can buy food from the nearest supermarkets and use the kitchen for making snacks or light meals . Our place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. For what you get, the price is very reasonable. Definitely we would come back 😊

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The apartments are located in the very centre and near the beach. The apartment where we stayed was on the last floor and had a big balcony with a magnificent sea view. The hosts were amazing and very welcoming.
