Tina was beyond helpful and arranged for someone to pick up my luggage from the boat and deliver it on departure, for a small fee. This was a tremendous help as the location is high up near the castle and being sick and short of breathe I would never have been able to deal with this. Her communication at all times was great. She provided the room straight away which i was grateful for.

We had a wonderful stay in the Panorama Our first time there and what an experience. Bill and Irene met us on Day 1 and told us some of the local history and sights to see. Their recommendations didn't disappoint. About Tina our host we could not praise her enough. Her breakfast each morning was superb. Anything we needed she provided. A gem. We will be returning.
