The host was very friendly and helpful. The gite is well-equipped (especially the kitchen and terrace with BBQ), nicely decorated and very comfortable (both the sofa and the bed). As we were there with 37 degrees, we were very happy that the gite had air conditioning. The accommodation is close to the ocean and to lac d'Hourtin (both beautiful with nice sandy beaches).

It looks like it is brand new, very nicely decorated in good style, all you need is there. The shutters keep the sun out and the airco works very pleasantly and silently. The pool looked a bit small but actually was very pleasant and the cleanest we’ve ever seen in our lives even without the typical roofing you’d see often. Pleasantly surrounded by some trees that give shadow in the morning. The area is a still new still so feels it needs a bit of maturing but staff was super friendly. At night it’s really quiet as there is hardly any traffic. Great that it has a spacious bathroom and has its own laundry machine. We used that and it was like the rest, very new. Internet was good enough for streaming when there weren’t too many other families. The area is nice with plage pin sec , montalivet and Hourtin in ten fifteen minutes driving.
