All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean everywhere from the beautiful wellness centre through to the bedrooms. We had a beautiful view from our bedroom with a balcony , see photo. Food was excellent as we had breakfast and one dinner, the cocktails were unique too. We enjoyed the games a lot, played pool, chess, table football and air hockey, even a PS 5 for the gamers . Special mention for our cleaner, our room was immaculate, and tidy when we returned from the slopes which felt great 😊. Shuttle bus was on time every day at 8.30am and when we called for it at the end of the day they came promptly. We highly recommend Hotel Berghof 😊

The room was very comfortable with a large balcony and view of the nearby castle. The food was excellent - we had the half board option which was very good value for money. The staff were very friendly.
