The apartment was spotless, easy to access, well equipped kitchen, balcony overlooking the river, use of swimming pool, laundry facilities, 20 min walk from Broadway, 10 min from baseball ground with eateries nearby.

The location was excellent for the main attractions of Nashville. You can walk to Broadway within 15 mins. This was easier than having to drive to places. There is plenty of free parking which was useful and it's all undercover. We had 2 children and 2 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. We loved the balcony and watching the Groundhog family. The swimming pool is a welcome addition...we had a couple of warmer days and our children enjoyed winding down in the pool (although it's cold!) James was very responsive to messages when I needed to ask something.

The host James has been very helpful, the residance is like 20min walk by the main street of the city. Recommended!
