The staffs were quite friendly and helpful. The female staff helped me to book a taxi on the following morning as my husband's flight was on 8am and he has to arrive the airport at 6am. We used the translator to communicate and everything went very well. She confirmed all details twice, and the taxi driver was waiting in front of the hotel the following morning without any delay.

Confortable. Everything needed in the room. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. There are even a konbini, ATM/money exchange machines, located on 1st floor, on the sides of the huge reception/lobby hall. We didn't have time to enjoy every facilities I think. We didn't need cleaning for a 2 days stay, so we runned out of tea, but I could ask for a refill at the reception. There is a free shuttle service to go to the airport and city.
