Very happy with our stay here. The front desk staff were lovely and kindly offered us a late checkout before our evening flight. Very nice breakfast.

* We arrived via shuttle bus from Narita airport and departed the next day in the same manner. The bus was free, kept to its schedule and the drivers were very friendly. * There is a Family Mart next to the check-in desk which stays open 24/7. * Ice Machine on each floor. * Breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great selection of hot, cold, Japanese and western dishes to try. * Room wasn't huge but was large enough for us to be able to re-pack our two large suitcases. A luggage rack was provided, as well as an ironing board and iron!
