The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and the room is spacious and has everything you need (small kitchen area with anything you might need, air conditioning, hair dryer, etc) and very clean. I found it a nice touch that breakfast is served in the room at the time you need it. Also, the hosts did their best to fulfill our savory breakfast request (usually Italians only prefer a sweet breakfast) and I could say they offer one of the most generous breakfasts I've had at an accommodation recently.
