The room was clean, small but comfortable. I was impressed with the staff members who were on duty 24/7. The old lift was reliable each time Nice to have a small room to meet with other visitors and have coffee/tea and pastries always available.

The room was exceptionally clean and bright which we appreciated during our stay. The bed was comfortable, no issues with the air con, a fridge to store our food throughout the day and cool our water was also much appreciated. Plenty of space and storage, hangers, drawers and a dressing table/chair inside. Felt very safe with secure lock and key access. Antonio and Claudia were superb hosts! Extremely friendly, informative over WhatsApp, helped us with check in over the phone, checked in with us every morning at the location if we needed anything extra towels/room clean etc.! Lovely little terrace with table and chairs. Great location, mini market practically next door for water, snacks and essentials, 5 minute walk to the airport shuttle bus/port ferries to Capri and 10 minute walk to the Spanish Quarter for lively local bars and restaurants. Bathroom was clean and bright with large mirror, useful hooks to hang towels, good amount of storage and hairdryer.

The place was well located with most activity required or eating & shopping in close approximate. Staff service was always willing to help when needed. Great initiative by staff as we needed transportation to airport at 4:00 am & he set up a taxi for the ride at very good rate.
