I liked the staff's friendliness. The room was large and had air conditioning, which is essential in Naples. It was also close to the Metro station and the airport connection. I didn't explore the area much, but it seems there's nothing bad going on, just be careful with the cars.

Easy check-in, friendly and responsive staff. Great location nearby the train station and metro hub. Decently clean. Breakfast was a croissant, yogurt cup, and several dry options. They had juice and we were served caffe.
