First of all, I would like to say that Clapa Group is a very well organised company. Although I had no time to make a visit at the reception, everything ended up fine. There were no worries about checking in online and finding the building. The location was perfect not far from Naples Centre. The room was good with a balcony facing the Square, next to Metro Station and lots of shopping and historic places around.

The location of the accommodation is perfect - right in the center of Naples. There are plenty of entertainment options around, including bars, restaurants, cultural sights etc. The check-in was online and quite easy, the whole experience was key-less, which was very convenient. The room was spacious and had a nice window.
