The staff were so friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for me! My flight was delayed by a few hours which meant I was late for my arranged check in time and this wasn't a problem. I asked for train tickets to be printed off and this also wasn't a problem. Breakfast was served in my room and was lovely. I felt very very safe here and will definitely be coming back!

Location was great, room was a good size, and was quiet. (the other places we stayed at in Naples were noiser). Breakfast was a cappuccino and a croissant, and my two sons got a carton of juice, some bread and a croissant each.
