Staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us restaurant recommendations and stored our bags. Short walk from the station and spacious rooms

This is a city hotel close to the railway station and unfortunately we only stayed as we had an early flight out of Naples the following morning. Due the the location there is some street noise but the windows and shutters did a good job of keeping the noise to a minimum. We arrived around 10am so too early to check in but the staff were very accommodating storing our luggage for us and then providing a breakfast box and booking us a taxi.

A pleasant surprise with an upgrade to the room standard, as well as bottles of water, the ability to make coffee and tea and a treat of small snacks. A lovely bath set. Very big tv,close Napoli centrale and a lot place for coffe and pizza.
