The hospitality was the best we ever had. Hosts were helpful with everything and polite. The room was better and bigger than what we expected from the photos. Everything was clean and everyday there was refill in everything! Cafe, snacks, juice, water, toilet paper. The location is great near centro storico and next to the central metro station. Overall, we were positively "shocked" by how good the staff was!

Kindest and most helpful hosts. Location so close to the trains. Large airy room. Liked the security of 4 locked doors. Owners will arrange to take you to the airport for nominal amount.
