Host was helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed in the apartment (there is no clothes washer, though). AC worked well. There were stores and restaurants nearby. The cutest cat and lemon tree in the garden were a bonus!

The house is very big, calm and not too hot. The hosts were very nice, they gave us useful tips, offered coffee, wine and water!

Kind and very supportive owners. Nice location, around 11 minutes from the metro station. Noticeable Italian ambience of the location's independence even though it shares a space with the host.

To summarize: It was like staying at our own Napoli apartment, no-fuss, the best way to experience Naples in my opinion. Of course, if you are expecting the luxury of a 4-5* hotel this might not be for you, as no one's house will ever be 100% spotless, but truly great value for the price: - The location is amazing: It was great to be located so close to the city center, while staying in a more local / less touristy area. You will be able to enjoy amazing food at multiple non-touristy restaurants at a 5 minutes walk ratio. We walked from the train station at 23h (~30min walk) to the accommodation, and never felt unsafe (not sure why other reviewers considered it to be unsafe) In the evening, we once sat in front of the door to sip on our glass of wine with pizza to enjoy watching the activity in the street, locals were all so friendly, a true experience. You are in Napoli, so of course there will be some noise from the street, but the street where the accommodation is located can almost be considered quite quiet compared to most Napoli streets. - The owners kitties greeted us from the garden in the morning and evening, we love cats so that was a great surprise:). - The espresso machine with coffee in the morning was a nice bonus as we didn't expect it. - The host was super friendly and was waiting for us despite our late arrival - We had the accommodation all to ourselves, sheets and towels were clean/well washed (mentioning this as some reviews noted that it was not the case for them).
