We had a wonderful stay at Toledo Boutique Rooms. The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of Naples and just a short walk from all the main sights, including Spaccanapoli. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and tidied up daily, which we really appreciated. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, always available, and gave us fantastic local recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples!

The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was excellent! It was close to shops and public transport. The hosts were excellent; very responsive and easily contactable throughout our stay. They kept in touch before and during the visit, which made everything seamless. We really appreciated the list of local recommendations they shared. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities. I would highly recommend!

Amazing! They went far beyond my expectations! The room was super clean — honestly, cleaner than I ever expected in Italy. Everything was spotless and felt fresh. The service was the best I have ever had. The staff gave me all the information I needed, explained everything in detail, and were always available for any questions or help. They even showed me where to go and what to see, depending on what I like. And the best part? They think ahead for you. Before I arrived, they sent me all the access details. When I checked in, they shared a picture of the codes so I wouldn’t have to search through messages. On the first morning, they even sent me a good morning text with recommendations for great breakfast places. Truly amazing service! I highly, highly recommend this place!
