1) Great communication between the property manager Roberto via WhatsApp or email. 2) Good arrival instructions and pictures. 3) We were able to leave our bags in safe space before and after checkout. 3) Room cleaned every day if wanted, which isn't always available for these Naples room rentals. 4) WiFi decent 5) Location good.

Perfectly located in heart of Naples. Very modern and clean. Small room, but all neccessary facilities were there and enaugh space to sleep and even to drink a cup of coffee in the morning before long day. I definitely recommend this hotel!
