Location is excellent. The metro stop "Università" is just outside the building, and you can walk to the railway station (30') or the port (10', very close). Staff is welcoming. Breakfast is outside, in a bar nearby: just coffee and croissant (good, but essential).

The room was very clean, a great size and had everything you'd need for a short stay in Naples. Very centrally located and ideal for the nightlife in the old town area or getting to the harbour. The hosts were very informative with local information and recommendations. Will stay again when passing through Naples.

I stayed there 2 nights and on my first night, I had a problem with the bathroom smell, mosquitos and the moisture in my room. However, I contacted the property and they immediately changed my room. They are very nice people who took care of this situation carefully. They even offered me a pizza as an apology. My new room was superb. The beds are comfortable, and the bedsheets are clean. The bathroom was clean, so as towels. After changing my room, they even put a mosquito plug. The place is located in a very convenient area. 10 minutes walk to the main street. 10 mins to the port and just downstairs there is a metro entrance.

Beautiful surprise, welcoming staff and comfortable room, all clean! Excellent breakfast but above all very central area!
