Jonathan “Nice place in a great location in Naples”

The property is in a great location in Naples. On one of the main shopping streets in Naples about a 5 minute walk from where they start the cities sightseeing buses. The Spanish Quarter is just behind it, Spaccanapoli. Dante and the old town about 10-15 minute walk up the road. The other direction the waterfront. Getting to it from the train station, line A goes to Toledo station less then 5 mins away from the property. You are surrounded by restaurants in Naples, especially in this location but should you need more, they load up the room with tasty treats and in the communal kitchen area there are further snacks and bottled water in the fridge. There is a coffee maker if that is your thing. The room is comfortable with everything you need, linens and soap and plenty of storage space to hang your clothes and store your cases. I stayed seven days and they restocked those and the snacks on most days. The wifi is great, no connection issues when you're there. The shower is good, positioned above your head to rain down on you, particularly impressive with my height or a more loose hose if you prefer. The property is on the fifth floor but there is a working lift. The owner Gianluca, gave me two excellent tips for restaurants serving Pizza and Seafood, so if he offers you a recommendation I advise you take it. My communications with him were brief but as an English traveller his English was excellent and he is sound. Finally in reviews for Naples, some travellers are concerned by safety especially near the Spanish quarter. My experience here was it was ultra safe. Nearby is a visible police presence even at 4am when I travelled to the airport a manned police car was nearby. The street outside is generally very busy until 11pm and so you don't have to deal with motorbikes outside the property, at least until you get onto the Spanish quarter proper or a bit further up the streets.

The location was excellent with easy access to Naples and the port. The property was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the main street. There was also a fully equipped kitchen available for use which was perfect. The host was very attentive and gave us all the information necessary to get the most out of our stay.

Everything was fine, nothing exceptional, but ok. Naples isn't the prettiest of cities but the location of the apartment was convenient for the town centre.

Great location, walkable everywhere, Gianluca is great and give great tips on what to visit and where to eat. The room is comfortable and in a safe street. I do recommend those that want to have a beautiful experiment for good value for the money price.
