Great location. Easy walk from Termini and also into Old Town. Large room with very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Great to have a lift to the 4th floor, but have a 10 cent piece ready. The friendly concierge changed coins for us. The owner was very accommodating. We could leave our luggage after check out and pick it up later in the day. Lots of shops and eating places in the immediate vicinity.

Angela is a lovely person ready to help at any time of the day and night. Questions are answer promptly, contact is great! The room is everything you need, very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. We spent a pleasant time there. The location is ideal, you can get to the tran station and Centro Storico immediately. Apartament is quiet. I will definitely choose Retifilo 311 once we go back to Napoli!

This is a New gen hotel, everything is self Service and with a lot of tech! We were always in communication with the hostess, which is something very important. The room was very clean. The location is amazing. 15 min walking distance from the bus station. I loved that we came early and our room was already clean. The hostess allowed us to leave our bags before and after the checkout in the lobby. She was super nice and friendly. Also, the bed is so comfortable. Very important that the room had noise cancelling doors so we barely hear anything from the outside. The room has a lot of light and is quite big. I also loved that there was always coffee and tea. The water in the kitchen is drinkable and there is a microwave to heat the food. So in few words this is one of the best hotels I’d stayed in Italy. By the way pay attention because there is a bakery there like 2 min distance walking and the bread is delicious there and they also don’t steal from you as a tourist, some places charge extra if you are not from there. The place has red roof at the top. Tip. Always asked for the price before asking for something and for the receipt.

This boutique hotel is amazing! The location is very convenient as you can walk by foot from the central train station where the bus from the airport arrives. Angela, the owner is amazing! Very good communication with her, everything is clear, directly on booking and on WhatsApp. The location has a big kitchen where you can eat the incredible food of Naples, drink a coffee or a tea in the morning. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed. What to expect more? If you want to visit Amalfi, Pompeii or Ercolano, you are very close to the train station, just buy the Campania Artecard and install the Unico Campania app and you are done. The value was amazing for the price we paid for the accommodation.
