We were in communication with Giovanni, the property owner, even before we came to the appartment, and he helped us with important information regarding our travel, the city and what we should do and visit. Upon arriving to Napoli in the morning, he managed to provide us with an early check in, which was incredibly generous and we were grateful to have left our luggage and explore the city. On top of that, Giovanni welcomed us with a couple of bottles of water (which we didn't ask for, we only asked if the tap water is drinkable), so we really felt welcomed and like home from the very start. We were also assisted with finding a taxi on the day of our departure, Giovanni handled and organized the transfer which was extremely smooth. The appartment itself is clean, cosy, fits 4 people easily and is located within the vibrant neighbourhood of Quartieri Spagnoli. The Montesanto intercity station is literally 3 minutes away, while Piazza metro station is 8 minutes away - within a walkable distance. As the appartment is located at a dead end street, there is no much traffic and noise during the day or night. We felt extremely safe during day and night. The neighbours are pleasant and greet you as you walk down the street, so you really start feeling as one of the locals. Having good command of Italian also helps.

Great apartment, fully renovated, clean and well equipped. Also in a very good location near Via Toledo and Quarteri Spagnioli, in a small narrow street where you feel like a local. Also the owners Giovani and Maria were super helpful and kind with everything we needed. We had a problem with reaching the apartment because the location in Google maps is wrong, it shows to go up a lot of stairs for no reason as the apartment is before the stairs so I suggest better contacting the owner before trusting Google Maps.
