Our stay at Kind Places – Sweet Experience was perfect!The rooms were in perfect condition – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hospitality, support, and accommodation from Mr. Giovanni were beyond expectations. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

The place is quirky and immaculately decorated, everything functions perfectly. It's amazing how quiet everything becomes as soon as you come into the complex, it's like magic. And most of all Giovi is a wonderful host, very accommodating and friendly.

A more than adequate, well-presented room on the 5th floor of a traditional city centre multi-storey residential building, not far from the Piazza Dante metro station and close to a good selection of bars and eateries to suit most tastes. Giovanni was very accommodating - our flight was to bring us in earlier than the normal check-in time and, although our flight was delayed, he made efforts to accommodate an early arrival and ended up having to deal with a late arrival. Good communication throughout. I would recommend for a short break. Photo of the front door - if you didn't know, you wouldn't find it on your own! And views from the "balcony".

The suite was very stylish, new and very clean! Everything inside the apartment is made of high-quality materials, very comfortable beds and pillows!Giovanni told us everything in great detail, answered all our questions and was always in touch!The location is just wonderful, everything is within walking distance!
