Very nice host, friendly and helpful, and responded quickly. His place is clean and well maintained. 2 smart TVs with Netflix, youtube, etc. It’s considered quite quiet at night although being located in a busy neighbourhood. Main challenge is to carry luggage and walk uphill along the narrow stony streets with busy and aggressive traffic. Later on, I found it’s easier to go up to that street by taking the lifts at Ponte di Chiaia. Anyway, it’s a great value for money paid compared to the other overpriced options.

Very kind and attentive hosts, good communication, comfortable and well equipped apartment, big bed, good location (not in the city center but close enough/walking distance to everything).
