Francesca is an excellent communicator with a great personality. It’s was our second visit to Napoli, this time for only a few days as we initially missed out on the Royal Palace of Caserta and wanted to see that (especially the gardens) and also wanted to taste the great food again. So we decided to stay more centrally. Usually apartments in Royal Naples can be noisy and small, but Francesca’s place is the complete opposite. The casa is huge, and correctly called a home instead of an apartment. And it feels like a home. With a very nice court yard, to see the sky, breathing the fresh air. Very secure, quiet and private. Excellent wifi. Highly recommended

I would give it 6 stars if possible. To me, 5 stars means great for what it is supposed to be. This accommodation significantly surpassed our expectations. Francesca was an amazing host. The unit was very large, immaculately presented, very well stocked with everything new and fresh, and was perfectly clean. This is the first accommodation where we have felt that it was underpriced. The location was also excellent

Our host, Francesca, met us and was most helpful. She even sent us recommendations for things to do and many restaurants to try - all of which were very, very good. She went out of her way to make a taxi reservation to take us to the airport.

Everything: location was awesome (close to the Alibus station, walkable to the station and spot on the city center) and despite it’s privileged area it is quiet and cosy. The apartment itself is pretty luxurious, with heigh ceilings and a marvellously equipped kitchen. The baby cot and chair were great pluses. And the owner is kind, friendly and helpful; what else can you ask for?
