Naples has a seemingly well-deserved reputation for being a busy & 'gritty' place to visit where you have to keep your wits about you. The area we stayed in was in keeping with that reputation but at no time did we feel unsafe and we enjoyed the busy city feeling. There were plenty of bars locally and excellent bus and train links nearby to access the rest of the city. The National Archaeological Museum of Naples is less than 5 mins walk from the accommodation and was well worth a visit. The building and room felt secure and was clean and well set up. All communication was good and the self check-in info was great and included a video to help gain access. Would recommend.

The bed was really comfortable, airconditioning and tv worked well, enough space to move around.
