Ground floor - private bedroom - comfortable- warm- extra service was offered if needed. Stayed an extra night on request and was sorted right then and there. Staff were absolutely amazing!! The best service - hence why we stayed an extra night. - having top tier service makes it all the better when staying in a motel / hotel. Charles and the lady on night shift ( sorry didn't get your name ) but you 2 were absolutly amazing!! - my mum and I have had poor service in the passed so we thought only right to give what we could at the time , which was the chowchow and chilly sauce. We will definitely be booking again in the near future 🩶
