Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the staff from Winnie, Lillian, Margaret, Grace, concierge, Sam and all of the team in security they are all awesome . I won't forget the house keeping Staff too they are all fantastic. Mary in the massage and Spa section of the hotel was proffessional and wonderful. I have no bad word to say and would like to encourage all staffs to keep up the excellent work. Thank you
