I loved the room, the bed was cozy...the location is superb especially if your business is in westlands...the bathroom was great...you will not understand but I have a thing for hot showers and spacious bathrooms. I loved it 😍

During check-in, the room we requested was fully booked. We were a bit disappointed at first, but the staff asked us to stay and rest in another room while they sorted out the one we wanted. One of your staff members (I forgot his name) noticed that my partner was coughing and kindly offered to make honey ginger drinks, such a thoughtful gesture! We really appreciated it. 🥰 After a while, we got our actual room, and it was even bigger! Thanks a lot! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Kenya someday. Highly recommended!"
