Great hotel with nice garden boosting a Skywalk through the canopy and a nice swimming pool area. Felt like newly built. and very well maintained Great food at the restaurant. They offered me extended late check out when I showed them that on my booking it was not specified that free late check out was only until 14.00 as they claimed. I could stay until 18.00 at no extra cost that suited me well as I had a late flight. Appreciated it a lot. Although being located basically in front of a very poor neighborhood it felt very safe due to the solid security procedures and staff.

The staff were very welcoming, professional and courteous. They were flexible to accommodate my early check-out and very late check out. The stay was very good, facilities were on point. Well done on a great job on both the amenities and professional staff.

Very clean, comfortable and excellent staff. Food was also amazing . Just discover how massive the property is, it has game room and nature trail very impressive.

The hotel team were all very keen to help in any way that they could and were all very friendly. The rooms are really good and the facilities also like the gym and spa and restaurant choices
